On 22 March 2022 the Academy of European Law (ERA), together with the European Young Bar Association and other co-Beneficiaries and supporting institutions, submitted a project proposal in response to the 2022 European Commission’s call for proposals on judicial training (JUST-2022-JTRA) addressing the training needs of young lawyers in private practice in the area of EU law.
The application was declared successful in July 2022.
As agreed in the letter of support to the project signed by the EYBA, we are committed to send 4 participants to the seminars offered within the project (costs are covered).
Therefore, we have opened a call for applications to select 4 candidates. Please find attached the Call for applications, with a description of the Course, the eligibility criteria and the procedure to apply.
The candidate shall send a CV and a presentation letter regarding his/her motivation to attend the Course by e-mail to info.eyba@gmail.com before the 15 of February 2023 at 7PM CET.
In the letter, the candidate shall specify:
- if s/he is an EYBA individual member or a member of an EYBA organisation member (indicating which organisation member s/he belongs to)
- country of origin and country of current residence
- languages spoken
- which of the 4 editions of the course s/he wishes to attend (12-21 June 2023 OR 27 November – 6 December 2023 OR 22-31 January 2024 OR 14-23 October 2024).
We believe that this is a unique opportunity for trainee lawyers to gain international experience, network and develop key skills.
