Are you a #lawstudent or #traineelawyer interested in human rights and the rule of law?

EYBA is pleased to support the 2027 Amicus Curiae Contest, organised by the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), the voice of European lawyers.

The #CCBEACC gives future legal professionals the opportunity to put their legal research and drafting skills into practice by preparing an amicus curiae brief on issues relating to human rights and the rule of law.

  • The winner will add a distinctive achievement to their CV, win a trip to Brussels and be invited to attend the CCBE Plenary Session, where the award ceremony will take place.
  • Application deadline: 30 November 2026
