Shannon Gawley
President
Shannon is an Associate in the Commercial team at Carson McDowell.
She specialises in a range of commercial matters including general commercial contracts, technology and innovation, intellectual property and data protection. Shannon graduated with a degree in Law (LLB honours) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2016. She obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in September 2018. Shannon is the Immediate Past Chair of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors’ Association and a former committee member of Young Leaders Northern Ireland.

Sergiy is a Ukrainian attorney-at-law, owner of the Barbashyn Law Firm, Chair of the Ukrainian National Association Youth Committee “UNBA NextGen”, Deputy Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, Lecturer at the Higher School of Advocacy of Ukraine, Member of the Working Group on Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence UNBA.
Sergiy‘s main practices are intellectual property protection, legal support to IT and startups, and leading Web3, AI, and blockchain projects. He builds legal positions and recommendations for clients based on experience in IP, economic, corporate, and tax law gained in the legal support of businesses all around the world.

Chiara is an Italian lawyer working as Manager in the labour department of EY Studio Legale e Tributario and she is member of the Labour Commission within the Rome Bar (Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma).
She offers consultancy and assistance to Italian and foreign companies in employment, social security and industrial relation matters.

She provides consulting services on tax, civil and economic legislation, assists in the development and execution of commercial contracts, represents companies and individuals in litigation across various jurisdictions, including

As a dedicated lawyer hailing from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Bianca has a profound passion for both legal profession and natural world. Her expertise lies in business and environmental law, where she actively works to navigate and influence the intricate landscapes of commerce and
ecological stewardship.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she is deeply engaged in the legal community. Currently, she serves as the Secretary of Young Lawyers Cluj, where she is involved in numerous activities aimed at supporting and mentoring emerging legal talents.
Outside the courtroom and boardroom, she isan avid reader, finding solace and inspiration in the pages of diverse literary works. Her commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in her active participation in both local and international legal forums, striving to make a meaningful impact in the field of law and beyond.
Fatih OZDEMIR

Fatih Özdemir is a seasoned Legal and Compliance Counsel with a robust background in Energy Law, IT Law, Administrative Law, Corporate, and Compliance.
Currently serving as the Coordinator at YASED International Investors Association, Fatih is known for his dynamic keynote speaking abilities, engaging and informing diverse audiences with his in-depth knowledge and innovative legal strategies.
His extensive experience spans handling complex legal issues for well-known companies and organizations, demonstrating a commitment to the legal profession through his various publications, lectures, and presentations.
Fatih is particularly focused on introducing new areas of law and advancing the recognition of in-house legal and compliance counsel as a specialized profession. His expertise includes developing comprehensive strategies for corporate establishment and compliance systems, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations. Awarded the ‘Rising Star’ for Türkiye in 2023 by The Legal 500, Fatih’s legal prowess is recognized nationally.
