Our membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March. There are four types of membership at the EYBA: Organisation Members, Individual Members, Associate Members, and Honorary Members.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
INDIVIDUAL

per Year
Available to any young (as defined by the rules in your country) lawyer who practices in Europe and who is not a member of, or represented by any other association that has an Organisation Membership.
Have one vote at the Annual General meeting and General meetings of the EYBA.
ASSOCIATE
€
250
per Year
Available to young lawyers’ associations in any country or to any young lawyer individually in any country.
Do not have a vote at the Annual General Meeting and General Meetings of the EYBA.
ORGANISATION
€
500
per Year
Available to any Bar or Law Society or other association or organisation that represents young lawyers or whose membership comprises more than 50% young lawyers within Europe, whether it be a national, regional, provincial, city or state organisation.
Have two votes at the Annual General meeting and General meetings of the EYBA.
HONORARY
PRICELESS
Available to:
(a) all Executive Committee Members automatically upon ceasing to be Executive Committee Members; and
(b) any other individual or organisation which the Association decides to appoint as an Honorary Member.
Do not have a vote at the Annual General Meeting and General Meetings of the EYBA.
