The Ukrainian National Bar Association Youth Committee (UNBA NextGen) and the European Young Bar Association are delighted to partner for this year’s Summer Conference. Due to take place in Kiev last year the conference was postponed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The associations have taken the view that for member safety the conference will move online this year. It will take place on 18 June 2021 between 11:30am and 16:45pm UK time via Zoom Webinar.
The focus of the conference will be on “Ethical aspects of work in the legal society” (Law and Ethics), a topic which remains affects lawyers everywhere regardless of jurisdiction.
The EYBA’s Annual General Meeting will also be held during the conference, including the election of the new Executive Committee.
We really hope that you will be able to join us at the Summer Conference. We know it will be a great opportunity to meet other junior lawyers from across Europe and beyond while also learning about new and interesting topics and issues.
